The Tasting Workshops are coming to Caves Byrrh !
Do you like tastings, but you are afraid that it will be too technical, not fun and warm? Meet us at the campus of the Institut Régional de Sommellerie in Thuir. A pleasant moment awaits you with real professionals. Sommeliers, oenologists, winegrowers…! They will reveal all the secrets of wines, spirits and various products during these workshops.
You will learn how to taste aperitifs, wines and beers, understand the complexity of production, know the differences between grape varieties, food and wine pairings, sensory analyses, etc.
By participating in our tasting club: you will learn all the amazing facets of the different drinks! All in a good mood and in excellent company and in the heart of an exceptional place: the mixology bar of the IRS – Campus THUIR !
